Week 12: The Wacky Ivy League

Welcome back to another NCAA Pick'em blog. After another exciting weekend of college lacrosse, one conference has been standing out to me this year and that is the Ivy League. The Ivy league from top to bottom this year is stacked. Which is crazy to think about after the entire league say out last season. You can tell these kids are on a mission. If you look at the top 20 teams in the nation, 3 of the top 5 are from the Ivy (Princeton, Cornell, and Yale). Filling out the top 20, you have UPenn, Harvard, and Brown. 6 of the 7 teams are in the Ivy! Hopefully these teams dont beat up on each other to bad before the start of May as we find out who will take home the Ivy League Crown. If everything stays status quo, It looks like the regular season crown will come to the last match up of the season between Princeton and Cornell but, with Yale at 3-2, Harvard and Brown at 2-2, they are still alive! The ivy league will be the best conference tournament this year and I wouldbnt be suprised to see at least one of these teams on Memorial Day Weekend.
