Spin The Prize Wheel | ECD Pick’Em Week 12

For me, the best game from the weekend was Norte Dame vs Duke. Duke came in as the unanimous #1 but ND has looked hot after getting a later start than most other ACC teams. Pat Kavanaugh and the Irish put on a show and sent Duke packing with a final score of 13-8. The rematch of this game will be highly anticipated as I am sure Duke will want to get some revenge on their home turf. In the other big ACC matchup UVA upset UNC in a 18-16 barn burner. Over in the BIG10 Ohio State beat Hopkins and Maryland beat Michigan. With Maryland at 6-0 they should be firmly seated at the #1 spot in this week’s rankings. 

The hits just keep rolling this week. On Tuesday Towson and Hofstra play a mid week game. Hofstra is coming off a big CAA overtime win vs UMASS where Ryan Tierney looked unstoppable. Then over the weekend we will see more big ACC action with a showdown between Duke & UVA with Duke looking to rebound from a loss and UVA looking to build momentum. The story is the same for Cuse & UNC. Finally Maryland and Ohio State will meet for their second time as the Terps looking stay undefeated in BIG10 play.
