Returns

ECD will happily accept any returns on any products purchased directly from ecdlax.com. In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and be within 45 days of original purchase.

If a product is damaged from play, please fill out a Warranty Request form HERE. 

Chips and scratches are not covered under the warranty, as they are to be expected during regular use.
