A Development Journey that Spans Years

After years of work, research, development, testing, failing, failing more, tweaking, and engineering, the Atom has finally arrived. The journey to develop this offensive lacrosse head has been wild: 

2019 - We launched the DNA Diamond - This Project Beta launch proved that we were able to make a clear head that stood up to the modern game. 

2022 - The Ion - This head took lacrosse by storm and was the result of the information we gathered during the DNA Diamond release. We had to tweak the way we built our heads, the way we processed them, and the actual Diamond Plastic. 

2026 (January) - Ion Beta - This Project Beta launch took everything we learned from the DNA Diamond and Ion projects and pushed the boundaries of what clear heads can do. This was the first time we introduced our Diamond Pro Plastic to lacrosse. This plastic came in 2x as durable as the original Diamond Plastic. 

2026 (May) - The Atom - This head takes our learnings from all of our previous projects and pushes our Diamond Pro plastic even further. With stronger geometry, stronger plastic, and a remarkable resistance to warping, this head resets the bar for performance in a lacrosse head.

Our Diamond Pro Plastic is 2x more durable than the original Diamond Plastic with an impressive resistance to warping, and it has a cool new look. This plastic has been field and lab tested for years during the development of different projects and has proven to be a remarkable plastic.

This is not the first head in lacrosse to feature a scoop return, but we feel that we have struck a perfect balance of performance. Too much return can make groundballs super easy, but it can also manufacture too much whip. The Atom features the perfect amount of return to make groundballs a breeze and give you just a little extra something on your shots.
