Upset in the Dome! | ECD Pick'em Week 5

Hello and welcome to week 5 of the college lacrosse season and the ECD Pick'em competition. Over the weekend the season really started to heat up with some upsets and the start of BIG10 play.

While Cuse returns tons of firepower, Army was able to erase a five goal deficit in the first quarter to pull off the upset and make a big statement to the rest of the lacrosse world. Ohio State went into Baltimore and spoiled Hopkins home season opener and Maryland doubled up Michigan in their first game of 2021. Over the weekend I only picked 9 games correct dropping my ranking significantly but we still have a tight race for first place between Avi & James (see the full leader board below).

There is no shortage of great lacrosse this week. We have some Friday Night Lights action as Penn State, who is coming off a loss, will face Maryland. Notre Dame will play their first game this weekend and UVA will clash with Cuse in a huge ACC matchup.

You can watch the Friday night game on the Big 10 Network. On Saturday the ACC Network will air a double header with RMU vs the Irish at 4pm est and Virginia vs Cuse at 6pm est.
