Bio: As a starter for 10 games during 2019, Byrne was an immediate contributor for Chaos LC. During the 2019 season, Byrne scored 19 goals - including 4 in a Week 1 defeat at Gillette Stadium. Byrne is a New Westminster, Canada native where he attended New Westminster Secondary School and played college lacrosse at Hofstra University. Byrne was the 2017 Professional Lacrosse first-overall pick and their 2017 Rookie of the Year. Byrne followed his great 2019 season with an even better campaign during the 2020 Championship Series in Utah. Finishing as a finalist for the Eamon McEneaney Attackman of the Year, Byrne scored 13 goals and registered 7 assists for Andy Towers' team. Byrne enjoys music, photography and videography. Byrne was named to the PLL All-Star Game in 2019. Byrne's favorite film is Toy Story and his favorite foods are steak and asparagus.
