The customer service from several years ago is why I come back to buy everything from this company. They stand behind their p[roduct. All you need to do is reach out to them and explain and they have been terrific. Keep up the incredible work and great service!

Light and fast. I coach middle schoolers so the difference in weight from an aluminum pole to the Carbon 4 is dramatic.

Defense Shaft lasted 3 month and broke cleanly 5 inches off the butt end in my sons hands during a mild in-game check. First time using this brand for a shaft and will be the last.
It did last for 3 months, so it gets 2 stars. The white coating is crap and flakes off if you look at it sideways. We love ECD heads and buy them yearly - avoid the defense shafts

We had another great experience coming toECD to pick out a new stick for my son. Sydney was very nice and helpful. We really appreciated her assistance.
